Sally Dunham has developed the Art Unequalled events as a showcase for Artists and Craftsmen of high quality work to exhibit at an affordable fee surrounded by other like-minded people creating quality work. Costs of stands have been kept to a minimum, whilst allowing enough funds to advertise the show sufficiently.

• The price includes stand space
• Tables and chairs as needed (must be pre booked).
• Listing on the professionally developed Art Unequalled website (providing a digital image of work is provided.)
• A thorough advertising campaign.

Advertising plans

An advert will be placed on facebook to reach users within a 50 mile radius of Ely with an interest in art and direct them straight to the website for further information.
People will be able to follow Art Unequalled on Facebook, twitter and Instagram

• Adverts will be placed in local publications.
• 10000+ leaflets distributed.
• Posters in Key areas
• Discounted/ complimentary tickets available to exhibitor mailing lists and those who sign up to the Art Unequalled mailing list.
• Road signs
• Social media campaign

Public liability insurance

Please ensure that you have sent in details of your insurer and policy number prior to the show. If you need insurance, A-N offers a great deal. See their website at http://www.a-n.co.uk/

Electric

If you have ordered electric – please bring extension leads and ensure they have been pat tested.

Stand dress

Please ensure that any tables are covered with floor length coverings.
Stands should be manned at all times please.
Tables and chairs are included, but please ensure that they are pre ordered.

Please distribute flyers, posters and tickets as widely as possible. The more people who know about us, the higher visitor numbers we can expect.
